This Brand Ambassador Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between NIL Athlete Network ("Company") and the registered Brand Ambassador ("Ambassador").
Must be 18 years or older with a valid social media presence of 1,000+ followers across any platform.
Ambassadors agree not to promote competing NIL platforms during the active agreement period.
All promotional content must be approved by NIL Athlete Network marketing team prior to posting.
Initial agreement term is 12 months with automatic renewal unless cancelled 30 days prior to expiration.
Earn 15% recurring commission on all deals referred through your unique ambassador link.
Quarterly bonuses for top-performing ambassadors reaching milestone referral goals.
Receive exclusive NIL Athlete Network apparel and gear packages upon activation.
Invitation to exclusive ambassador events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
As a Brand Ambassador, you agree to fulfill the following responsibilities to maintain active status.
Post at least 4 NIL-related content pieces per month featuring Gameplan NIL across your social platforms.
Actively share your unique referral link and promote NIL Athlete Network to your network.
Participate in ambassador group chats, Discord channels, and monthly Zoom calls.
Report monthly metrics and provide feedback on promotional materials and campaigns.
Maintain positive brand representation and adhere to NIL Athlete Network's values and guidelines.
Attend virtual and in-person events when possible, including promotional photoshoots.

By submitting an application to become a NIL Athlete Network Brand Ambassador, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and NIL Athlete Network regarding your participation in the Brand Ambassador Program.
