We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. You won't be charged until the athlete accepts your request.

Videos are delivered as final products, but if the athlete didn't follow your instructions or there's an issue with quality, you can request a redo within 7 days. Our satisfaction guarantee ensures you'll be happy with your purchase or we'll make it right.

Yes! Personalized videos are for your personal use and can be shared on social media, shown to friends/family, or kept private. The athlete retains the right to share their work as well. For commercial use of videos, please contact us for appropriate licensing.
