This Revenue Share Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the financial relationship between NIL Athlete Network (NAN) and participating Student-Athletes for the sale of custom merchandise through the GamePlan NIL platform.

NIL Athlete Network (NAN), operating the GamePlan NIL platform at gameplan-nil.com, provides the technology infrastructure, payment processing, fulfillment coordination, and marketing support for athlete merchandise sales.
The "Athlete" refers to any current or former collegiate athlete who creates and sells custom merchandise through the GamePlan NIL platform, leveraging their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rights.
For each merchandise item sold, the profit is calculated as the Retail Price minus the Production & Fulfillment Cost.

Production and fulfillment costs are NOT included in the revenue split. NAN pays these costs directly to the print-on-demand provider (Printful). The revenue share only applies to the profit margin after production costs are deducted.

By signing up for the GamePlan NIL merchandise platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Revenue Share Agreement.
