7 FTC COMPLIANCE & DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Disclosure

Creator acknowledges that this is a paid partnership and agrees to include clear and conspicuous disclosures in all content as required by FTC guidelines.

8 PERFORMANCE METRICS & REPORTING

9 TERMINATION

9.1 Termination by Either Party

Either party may terminate this agreement with ______ days written notice if the other party fails to fulfill obligations under this agreement.

9.2 Content Removal

May Remain Posted: Content may remain on Creator's profile indefinitely after agreement ends

9.3 Payment Upon Termination

10 WARRANTIES & REPRESENTATIONS

Creator warrants that:

  • All content created will be original and will not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • All statements made about Brand's products/services will be truthful and based on Creator's genuine experience
  • Creator has the legal right to enter into this agreement and grant the rights described herein
  • Creator will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform guidelines
  • All follower counts and engagement metrics represented are genuine and not artificially inflated

11 GENERAL PROVISIONS

11.1 Independent Contractor

Creator is an independent contractor and not an employee of Brand. Creator is responsible for all taxes and withholdings.

11.2 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during this partnership, including payment terms, trade secrets, and campaign strategies.

11.3 Governing Law

11.4 Entire Agreement
