1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the NIL Athlete Network platform at NILATHLETENETWORK.COM (the "Service"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

• Educational content regarding Name, Image, and Likeness opportunities

3 ELIGIBILITY AND USER REGISTRATION

3.1 Eligible Users

Our services are designed for:

• High school student-athletes preparing for college NIL opportunities
• Parents and legal guardians of student-athletes
• Educational institutions including schools and HBCUs
• Authorized representatives of the above categories

3.2 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must promptly update any changes to your registration information
• One person or entity per account unless explicitly authorized otherwise

3.3 Age Requirements

• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
• Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring minor users' activity
• We reserve the right to request verification of parental consent

4 SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND PAYMENT

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Various subscription tiers are available as detailed on our pricing page
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.2 Payment Processing

• Payment is due at the time of subscription activation
• Automatic renewal applies unless cancelled before the renewal date

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal NIL activities
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
